A good fit is everything. Take 2 minutes to measure properly and you'll love the result.
How to Measure
1. Waist:
Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso, usually about 1" above your belly button). Keep the tape snug but not tight.
2. Hips:
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Stand with feet together and tape parallel to the floor.
3. Use a flexible measuring tape
Not a metal one. If you don't have one, use string and measure it against a ruler.
4. Measure over bare skin
Or thin underwear for accuracy.
5. Don't pull tight!
The tape should be snug enough to stay in place but loose enough to slip a finger under.
Sizing Tips
Don't use your pant size!
Brands vary wildly. Always measure.
Post-pregnancy?
Your body has changed. Re-measure even if you're back to your "normal" weight - proportions shift
Weight fluctuates?
Measure at your current size. Our fabric is forgiving with 5-10 lb changes.
Athletic build?
If you have muscular thighs/glutes, go by hip measurement primarily.

Fit Troubleshooting
It feels too tight
First wear? Our compression fabric takes 1-2 wears to fully break in. If it's uncomfortable after 3+ wears, size up.
Free exchange within 60 days - no cost to you!
It feels too loose
The fabric might not be providing enough compression to stay in place. Size down for better support.
Remember: These are designed to fit snugly. That's what keeps them in place during movement.
The coverage doesn't feel right
Try sizing up if you need more coverage. If you're between sizes and sized down, you might need the larger size.
